- Ratings
- Comments/messages
By posting content in shared lists, you grant other members access to view that content.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post unlawful, abusive, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts
- Interfere with the operation of the service
- Exploit the service for spam or harassment
5. Shared Lists & Permissions
List owners control membership and permissions. Mooveo is not responsible for disputes between users.
6. Intellectual Property
Movie and TV metadata is provided by TMDb. Mooveo does not claim ownership of third-party media data.
7. Service Availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mooveo shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom.
